Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Executive to join Stratos and be part of a growing team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for digital marketing and is looking to develop their career in an agency at an exciting time of growth.

You will support the team to deliver a wide variety of campaigns. Day-to-day you will be managing client requirements, ensuring we’re delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards our clients deserve, whilst helping to expand the positive reputation and credibility of our rapidly growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across the team and agency
  • Plan and execute campaigns across a range of channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring projects are delivered as per the brief, on time and within budget
  • Manage a range of marketing activities, including supporting the development of our social media strategy
  • Support the wider team with administration duties

Involved in the following duties

  • Reporting to the Account Manager, you will primarily support the delivery of client projects
  • Take briefs from clients and ensure the team have everything they need in order to deliver projects
  • Support the development of digital marketing plans for clients, manage the delivery, provide regular reports and insights on how to develop client’s digital marketing, based on data and research
  • Be an active member of the team and provide support where required
  • Customer communication and brainstorming involvement when required
  • Support awareness for events and develop plans for teaser campaigns
  • Support an internal communications strategy and grow agency communities to ultimately drive engagement
  • Present reports and plans to clients/agency
  • Support the agency in implementing the best tools, systems and software to add value to our work and clients’ work

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • A minimum of two years experience, ideally within a marketing agency
    Ability to build strong relationships
  • Work well as part of a team as well as independently
  • A passion for marketing, particularly digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, both organic and paid
  • Experience working with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
  • Able to craft headlines and content for social posts
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • Project management experience
  • A can-do attitude
