Stratos has plenty of experience working with clients in the education industry, creating positive impact and delivering real results. So, when Cranfield University’s MK:U, a ‘new kind of university in Milton Keynes’, approached us to support the development of a new brand identity and future vision, we were excited to get involved!

Our Creative Director, Marc Smiddy, recently ran a brand workshop with the management team at MK:U, to find out more about their current challenges, and work together to come up with some insightful solutions to support the brand strategy and future identity of the university.

An important part of the workshop focused on creating a persona for the MK:U brand, and Marc shared Stratos’ new brand attribution cards with the team, in order to establish the culture, tone of voice and value proposition for MK:U.

Commenting on the workshop, Marc says:

“It was a great discovery session, and using our new Stratos cards was a really engaging way to build a picture of the look, feel and messaging that will create a new identity for MK:U as a standalone brand to be proud of.

“Thanks to Kristian Mackie, Head of Innovation at MK:U for coordinating the workshop and to all of the exec team and brand and comms experts who embraced the workshop and collaboratively helped to create clarity and vision for MK:U. The next step for me is to use this insight to build out a brand strategy for the university, and I’m excited to put this initial research and insights activity into action.”
