Stratos, in partnership with Playbound, Hut 3, Carmody Creative, Pulse Media Group and Milton Keynes Hospital Charity, recently hosted its fifth Picture This event, a thought-provoking evening that encouraged attendees to explore how their businesses balance innovation and responsibility.

The event, held at creative tech company, Aiimi, in central Milton Keynes, brought together a diverse audience for an evening of insightful talks and engaging discussions, all centred around the idea that growth without responsibility comes at an unsustainable cost.

Far from the fleeting trends that are often discussed when talking about innovation, this session delved deeper into intent, accountability and the strategy that’s needed to navigate the rapidly changing landscape of technology and business.

The evening featured three expert speakers, on the subjects of agentic AI, business purpose and sustainability and Augmented Reality, fostering a collaborative spirit and discussing how businesses can push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Following the speaking sessions and vibrant conversations between attendees, there was a lively Q&A session, hosted by Jerry Taylor, who encouraged the panel to spark further discussion and provide a deeper understanding of the accountability and thoughtful direction that is needed to ensure innovation and responsibility go hand-in-hand.

Commenting on his experience of this and previous Picture This events, Steve Salvin, Chief Executive at Aiimi says: “This event is one of those that we’d like to continue supporting. Great people, quality content and for such a good cause. Well done for putting on another great event – I always hear very positive feedback.”

Martin Carmody, Managing Director of Stratos comments: “Thanks to everyone who joined the conversation at our latest Picture This event – your energy and enthusiasm made this event an insightful and engaging one. An even bigger thank you to our guest speakers, Darryl Merkli from Hut 3, Lewis Knight from Bioregional and Sam Guilmard from Playbound for their inspiring thought-leadership.”
