This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Designer to join Stratos and be part of a growing team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for design and agency life along with the appetite to develop their career within a supportive team at an exciting time for the agency.

You will work alongside the team to deliver a wide variety of design and creative tasks and will support all people within the agency, primarily assisting with day-to-day design requirements for print and digital assets. This is a diverse, hands-on role that always requires a personable and proactive approach. You’ll need to have a can-do attitude and as the role is diverse, flexibility is key. You’ll be supported throughout your development and role by the Creative Lead and wider team.

• Responsible for executing design projects based on briefs set by the Lead Creative and Client Service team, so you’ll need to be a confident self-starter and capable of managing your own workload.

• Developing designs for a range of channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising

• Manage a range of design activities, including supporting the development of our social media look and feel

• Support the wider team with creative and design projects

• Any experience with After Effects, Premier Pro or Adobe XD will score you bonus points.
• If you’ve held a design-related role that would be beneficial, especially within an agency, but it’s not essential. What’s important is your passion for design and your willingness to learn.
• Passion and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer looking to move their knowledge, skill and career forward
• Confident working within Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and have some knowledge of MS Office, all on macOS.
• Creative thinker and have a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to learn new things, ask questions and step outside your comfort zone.
• Comfortable communicating with the team and able to articulate your ideas to clients with support from the senior creatives.
• We don’t expect you to be an expert in all areas, but we do expect you to have a sound understanding of the fundamental principles of design.
• Ideally, you’ll have a design related degree or qualification.

£22,000 – £24,000 depending on experience.
