How do I get started with a project?
It all starts with a conversation. Tell us about your vision and we’ll take it from there. Simply fill in our ‘Start a Project‘ form, or give us a call on 01908 04 06 08 – we always love to chat!
Do you outsource any work?
A few things, but only the bits that need proper kit or boots on the ground – like photography and video. We also partner with other agencies who are at the top of their game, that have specialist fields like experiential or account based marketing. We’ll still manage it all though, so you’re not chasing five different people.
What services does Stratos offer?
We cover branding, campaigns, websites, digital marketing and comms. But it doesn’t stop there – from animation and film to bespoke software development, PPC and media, we’ve got it covered. And if we don’t do it, we’ll know someone who does.
What industries does Stratos specialise in?
Our sweet spot is versatility. We’ve tackled food and drink, education, professional services and more. What we learn in one industry often sparks fresh ideas in another and our team has experience across multiple sectors.
Working with us
We’re not local, does that matter?
Nope. We work with people across the UK and beyond. We have teams in Liverpool and Cape Town too! We’ll guide you through the process clearly, whether it’s over a video call or in person (if it makes sense).
How many meetings do we get?
As many as it takes. We’ll guide you through each stage and get your feedback along the way. With loads of experience delivering brand and website projects, we make sure you’re never left feeling out of the loop or unsure about progress.
Do we have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact, and the whole team’s easy to work with – we make the process enjoyable, not a chore.
We’ve got a limited budget, will you still work with us?
We work with people, not bank balances. If you’re clear on what you want and open to how we work, we’re in. Be upfront with your budget and we’ll show you the smartest way to use it.
What are your payment terms?
We’re pretty flexible on this and can work with you to find a solution that works for everyone. On larger projects we tie payments to key milestones, typically 50% upfront, 25% at a certain point of the project and the remaining 25% on delivery.

Do you use AI?
We do. AI helps us speed up production, keep things consistent and free up more time for the creative thinking that really matters. It’s smart, but the ideas still come from humans.
What makes you different from other agencies?
We don’t hide behind buzzwords or long-winded decks. We keep things simple, honest and effective. You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and how it’s going to help you. We also thrive on meeting in person – it’s how we build the kind of long-term relationships that make projects even better.
Do you really hate jargon as much as you say?
Yes. If it sounds like corporate waffle, it’s gone. We talk like humans, not like a marketing textbook.
Will you tell me if my idea is rubbish?
Absolutely. Sugar-coating helps no one. If something isn’t going to work, we’ll say it straight and work with you to find a better route.
