Known as a helpful disrupter, Penny is an Executive Coach on a mission to help senior leadership teams to challenge themselves and strive to really lean into their strengths. With over 25 years working in the banking sector and 6 coaching senior leaders, she has an outside view of how high performance is nurtured and used to best effect. Her experience extends from senior executives in banking, to entrepreneurs and charity leadership. This combination gives an understanding of the complex journeys and obstacles modern leaders face.

Gamiel Yafai, CEO of Diversity Marketplace, is a Diversity & Inclusion Strategist and recipient of the Global Diversity Leadership Award. With expertise in D&I strategy and culture change, helping organisations attract diverse talent and fostering inclusive cultures. As the author of “Demystifying Diversity” and “Yemen Proud”, he empowers individuals and organisations through talent initiatives. Also, serving as a Trustee of Women Leaders UK, a founding member of the Milton Keynes Business Community, and a Global Advisory Board member of The Inclusion Foundation.

Investment Manager at LDC Nicole joined Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) in 2022 after spending six years at business advisory firm Grant Thornton, where she was an Associate Director in its Central and East corporate finance team and focused on mid-market M&A. Her transaction experience ranges across a variety of sectors, including private equity and international transactions.
