A club built for the drive.

Brand and website for members who care more about the road than the marque.

Drive Republic is a new automotive lifestyle brand and members’ club for people who love driving — not what they drive, but how they do it. Founded on the idea that most car culture comes with too much ego and not enough road, the club needed a brand and a website to match.

The challenge

The founders had spent years looking for a club that felt like them, and kept coming up short. Everything on offer either obsessed over the car in the driveway or attracted people who didn’t get why the drive itself was the point.

They needed a brand people would actually want to be part of, something you’d wear on a Saturday, not just stick on a windscreen. And they needed a website that could do real work: membership applications, payments, event bookings and partner benefits, not just look the part.

The solution

We started by going where the members go. Rather than run this from a workshop, the team turned up to Drive Republic’s drives and events to understand what the community actually valued and what ‘no ego’ meant in practice, not just as a strapline.

That research shaped a brand and positioning built around the drive itself, not the driveway. Alongside it, we built a bespoke WordPress website handling membership applications, payments, event bookings and partner benefits in one place.

Our automotive sector experience mattered here, this isn’t a brand you can build from a brief alone. It has to sound like it knows the industry, because the members already do.

A special thanks to

A special thanks to Jeremy, for bringing us into the fold and letting us experience the drives and events firsthand — the club looks and feels the way it does because of that access.

“We spent as much time on the drives as we did in the studio — you can’t fake what makes a club feel like home if you haven’t sat in the passenger seat and seen it firsthand. Once you’re in a room with this membership, you understand exactly why they wanted somewhere that finally ‘gets it’.”
