Designing a campaign to spotlight equity at work.
We created a full campaign identity for a live panel event hosted by The Open University. The work combined bespoke visuals, animated storytelling and stage design to help employers understand and champion equity, diversity and inclusion in a meaningful way.

The challenge
The OU wanted to push the conversation forward around workplace equity, but needed a visual language that made it easier to understand. The challenge was creating something that felt informative, aligned to the brand, and powerful enough to hold attention live and online.
The Solution
We used OU’s form language in new ways to shape a flexible visual system across the event. A bespoke explainer animation set the scene, breaking down complex ideas simply. We paired this with thoughtful stage visuals to keep the spotlight where it belonged.
