Make A PARTNERSHIP.
Since June 2022, we’ve been supporting Socius, a privately-owned B Corporation with a £2.2bn development pipeline across major UK cities. Their mission is to create sustainable, purpose-driven developments in collaboration with investors, architects, and communities. In October 2024, they launched Populate—a new company focused on place management, designed to maximise the long-term social and economic value of mixed-use developments. Our work with Socius spans content creation, thought leadership, and digital strategy, ensuring their vision is communicated effectively across multiple platforms.

Working alongside Stratos, we streamlined our approach and saw real impact. In just 30 days of managing our London Cancer Hub project, followers increased by 857%.
