Since June 2022, we’ve been providing ongoing support to Socius, a privately-owned B Corporation with a £2.2bn development pipeline across major UK cities. 

In October 2024, Socius launched Populate, a new company specialising in place management with a focus on maximising the long-term social and economic value of mixed-use developments for occupiers, communities and investors. We also research, write, and publish blogs for Socius, which are featured on their website and shared across social media.
