Wrexham 1M is a one-million square foot logistics and manufacturing development at the heart of the Wrexham Investment Zone — one of the most significant industrial opportunities in North Wales. FI Group needed a brand and collateral suite that could match the ambition of the project and communicate it clearly to investors, developers and prospective tenants.

The challenge
A development of this scale demands more than a standard property brochure. With planning granted and significant financial incentives on the table — including £15M in business rates relief and £800K stamp duty exemption — the brief was to create a brand identity and supporting collateral that could convey both the opportunity and the credibility behind it. The work needed to sit comfortably within the wider FI Group brand while giving Wrexham 1M a distinct identity of its own.
The Solution
The creative concept, Industrial Expansion, was built around the scale of the development itself. Radiating keylines express outward growth and opportunity, grounded in a concrete texture that adds depth and industrial character. A palette of blue hues complements FI Group’s Industrial Steel sector colour, with Racing Green carried through as a signature accent — ensuring visual consistency across the wider FI portfolio while giving Wrexham 1M room to stand on its own. Typography was pushed to its full potential: bold data, large-scale coordinates and confident headline messaging reflect the precision and ambition of the site. A folded corner detail became a recurring signature across all print and digital assets, tying the identity together across brochure, web and investment collateral.
