Positioning FI Group as an established, British developer with national ambition.
FI Group is an independently owned developer and landlord with over 40 years of experience delivering commercial spaces across the UK. Operating across office, retail, industrial and open storage, FI doesn’t work from templates, every project is designed, built and managed around the specific needs of its tenants and partners. We worked with FI Group to create a brand that mirrors this approach: a unified identity shaped by precision, craft and delivery, reflecting how FI tailors every development from the ground up.

The challenge
Despite its scale and full-service capability, FI Group was often misunderstood. A fragmented brand structure and inconsistent visual language meant the business was frequently perceived as a traditional property agent, rather than a developer that designs and builds bespoke spaces at speed. FI needed a brand that could close this perception gap, clearly communicating its design-and-build expertise, long-term mindset and ability to shape spaces around real operational needs, without losing the entrepreneurial character at its core.
The Solution
We built the brand around a single, unifying idea: Tailored to deliver. Inspired by the principles of tailoring, the identity mirrors FI’s hands-on approach to design and build, measuring first, cutting precisely and delivering spaces made to fit. Custom shapes drawn from real development footprints and blueprint-style graphics fuse architectural planning with craft and detail, ensuring no two compositions are the same. Supported by a clear brand architecture, confident tone of voice and flexible visual system, the brand brings consistency across the group while allowing each sector and development to retain its own character. The result is a brand that doesn’t just talk about bespoke delivery, it behaves like it.
